Navajo Indian ceremonial dancer, Yeibichai, is carved by renowned folk artist Johnson Antonio.
Johnson Antonio is the featured artist in the Rosenak's book "The People Speak, Navajo Indian Folk Art". Considered to be the finest living Navajo folk artist, by many, Johnson has slowed down on his carving, so we are happy to find some new pieces. The Navajo Indian ceremonial dancer, the Yeibichai, stands 13" tall and is on a one inch wood base. The one piece carving includes the scarf and kilt; rattle, sticks, feathers, medicine bag and concha belt are added pieces. Signed. Buyer pays $15.00 for shipping and insurance. |
