Traditionally hand crafted pottery olla by Acoma Pueblo Indian artist Pablita Concho. Hand coiled native clay is painted with boiled bee plant in fine geometric designs. Pit fired. The pottery olla stands 7" tall and is 8 1/2" diameter. Fine original condition. Purchased from Pablita in her home in 1979, signed with her feather and Acoma. Original price $165.00. Buyer pays $20.00 for shipping. Collected by an Arizona family who traveled the reservations on their summer vacations. |
