Hopi Indian Coiled Basket With Koyemsi
Koyemsi, the Mudhead Kachina, dances on this small coiled basketry tray from Second Mesa. He holds a rattle and an eagle feather and is surrounded by a rain band.

This woven tray is 6 1/2" diameter and has it's hanger woven on the back. Tightly coiled yucca over a bundle of grass foundation, the dyes are sunflower seeds for black, Mormon tea for red, natural white and yellow.

This is a real American Indian basket from the Hopi Indians of Arizona. They make these small trays as gifts and thank you's.

Buyer pays $10.00 for shipping.
