Wonderful fancy shoes are created in clay by a Tohono O'dham Indian potter, circa 1950s. Our only clue as to the maker is Pedro is carved on the bottom of one shoe.Deep red slip is decorated with black mesquite sap paint in a floral motif. 3 1/2" tall by 5" long. They are in wonderful original condition, one small chip on the bottom of one. Buyer pays $12.00 for shipping and insurance. |
