Although she was famous for her melon bowls, Helen Shupla was a traditional potter as well. This is a traditional Wedding Vase as we see from Santa Clara Pueblo, stone burnished and deeply carved with the Avanyu. Pit fired to black. At 6" tall, it is a small wedding vase, but perfectly formed and polished. Buyer pays $15.00 for shipping and insurance. |
