This old Rain God is really praying for rain! Dating from the 1900-1910 era, the Tesuque Pueblo Indian pottery figure is hand formed and slipped with the creamy color of the period, decorated with red and black ink. The dark fire cloud shows the outdoor firing.

The seated figure is 7" tall. Perfect original condition! Hard to imagine it is over 100 years old!
