Lovely wedding vase by father and daughter duo, Camilio Sunflower Tafoya and Grace Medicine Flower, made in the full size traditional style in the early 1970s. The 9" tall pottery vase is highly stone burnished and pit fired to black with a sienna medallion that features a Kachina, one on each side.

Traditional Pueblo pottery jar by Blue Corn, Crucita Calabasa of San Ildefonso Pueblo, circa 1970s has a wonderful gunmetal glow to the black surface. Reverse painted with the Avanyu design and a cloud band, this gracefully shaped jar stands 8" tall and 7" diameter.
